This site belongs to L&H Holdings Ltd, trading as Emmett James AI (Laurence Emmett), Horsham, West Sussex, UK. Short version: I collect almost nothing, and what I do collect is used only to reply to you.

What's collected

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you type are delivered to my inbox by Netlify, who host this site. If you email me directly, I have whatever you sent. That's it.

What it's used for

Replying to you and carrying on the conversation you started. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you got in touch; I respond. Your details are never sold, never shared with anyone else, and never added to a marketing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. If I ever add visitor statistics, they'll be cookieless and anonymous.

How long it's kept

For as long as our conversation is live, then as ordinary email correspondence. If you'd like your details deleted, email me and it's done.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the ICO if you think I've handled your data badly. For any of that: laurence@emmettjames.ai.
